SOUTHWEST FLORIDA — Aprile Osborne from Call It Closed Realty joined More in the Morning on Monday to about the current state of the real estate market and its possible future.
She gave a quick recap of the 2021 market and listed the top anticipated real estate trends for 2022. Osborne said Goldman Sachs estimated that the market is expected to go up by 16 percent throughout the next year.
