Tri Pointe Homes has announced that its new North Carolina townhome community, The Townes at Willow Park, will open for sales on Oct. 5.
Located in Cary with access to Research Triangle Park and Raleigh-Durham International Airport, the community will feature 134 two-story townhomes with floorplans ranging from approximately 2,011 to 2,449 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and two and a half to three bathrooms. Each townhome will have a two-bay, front-load garage and open-concept living spaces.
The community will also feature a shared gathering space with a fire pit and seating. Pricing is anticipated from the $500,000s.
“We have been looking forward to this moment since we first announced The Townes at Willow Park,” said James Flanagan, vice president of community experience at Tri Pointe Homes Raleigh. “Opening for sales means homebuyers can choose their homesite, floorplan, and design elements in a location that puts so much of the Triangle within easy reach, and we look forward to welcoming our first residents to the neighborhood.”
