A trial date has been set for the federal sex trafficking case against the Alexander brothers, who entered not guilty pleas today in their arraignment in the Southern District of New York.
The Real Deal reported brokers Tal and Oren Alexander and their brother Alon, a security executive will go to trial in January 2026. Assistant US Attorney Elizabeth Espinosa said about 60 victims came forward to claim they were assaulted by one or more of the Alexanders, who are currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, alongside rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs and Luigi Mangione, the alleged assassin of the United Healthcare chief executive.
During the arraignment, prosecutors stated they planned to file a superseding indictment that would add further charges against the brothers, who were arrested in December and charged with sex trafficking and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking.
The brothers are the sons of the high-profile Miami developer Shlomy Alexander. Tal and Oren Alexander were brokers at Douglas Elliman before starting their own firm Official in 2022. Alon Alexander is president of Kent Security Services, a family-owned business.
