The Trump Organization has partnered with the luxury real estate developer Dar Global to announce plans to create the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai.
The project will be the first Trump International Hotel & Tower in the Middle East and the fifth collaboration between Dubai-based Dar Global and The Trump Organization. The 80-floor structure will offer a mix of residences and hotel suites, a private members-only club, two penthouses with sky pools, and the highest outdoor pool in the world.
The companies did not provide a timeline on when the project is expected to be completed. Bloomberg reports the penthouses will be selling for $20 million.
