Dar Global, a Saudi Arabian luxury real estate developer, announced the unveiling of Trump Signature Villas at Aida, a gated community and golf destination to be built in Muscat, the capital of Oman.
According to the company, the new properties will be located within Trump International Golf Club Oman and consist of three- to seven-bedroom villas starting at 1,435 square feet. The villas will have sea views from cliffside elevations of 426 feet, and residents will have access to full membership at the Trump International Golf Club and receive a Trump branded golf cart.
Aida is a mixed-use community spanning nearly 37.6 million square feet. Phase one of the Trump Villas project is expected to be finished later this year and the full development is slated for completion by 2026.
Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organization, said in a press statement that his company and Dar Global have “discovered an incredible location in the heart of Muscat, Oman, offering breathtaking sea views. Former President Donald Trump is not involved in the construction or the marketing of the new development.
