A U.S. Marine Corps veteran is on a mission to not only improve housing for Marines and their families in the Jacksonville area, but also to offer real estate investment opportunities.
Former Marine intel analyst John Morgan launched IzMaCo, or IMC, Investments in 2019 with a simple idea – to provide better housing and more trustworthy property management for military service members.
The company is described on its website as a residential real estate investment business focused on single-family rental properties in underserved military communities.
