redT Homes, a Denver-headquartered developer of sustainably built homes in Colorado, has hired Vincent Deorio as CEO.
Deorio was previously with Atlas Real Estate, where he served as a senior executive overseeing all growth and corporate development, and Mynd, where he was vice president for corporate growth and development. In his new role, Deorio will oversee all verticals of redT’s business endeavors and will implement a scalable model for rapid growth in the green building market.
Deorio will be joining the team as a partner in redT, with company founder and former CEO Nathan Adams retaining majority ownership while taking on the new role of chief acquisitions officer.
“The change will allow me to focus on acquisitions, a real passion of mine. From the narrowed focus of my new seat, I will be able to find more opportunities to drive growth for our communities and our company,” said Adams. “The more opportunities I identify, the more options we have to continue to develop healthier, more attainably priced housing—something the region desperately needs.”
