The real estate development firm Webstar Technology Group (OTCQB: WBSR) has partnered with Nelson Worldwide Architects to design its proposed $650 million Bear Village mixed-use family resort destination in Commerce, Georgia.
According to the companies, the 120-acre Bear Village will provide a mix of 105 luxury townhomes, 300 luxury hotel rooms, more than 800 fractional ownership and condo hotel rooms, restaurants and retail, and entertainment offerings including indoor and outdoor water parks, indoor and outdoor racing track, an aquarium, an indoor adventure park and a family entertainment center.
“Our vision is to create an unparalleled entertainment experience that will attract families, thrill-seekers, and tourists from across the Southeast and beyond,” said Ricardo Haynes, CEO of Webstar Technology Group. “With Commerce’s prime location and strong community support, we believe this project will be a major economic driver, creating jobs and boosting tourism in the area.”
The companies are also partnering on a $1.2 billion development in a downtown Atlanta location which is now being negotiated.
