In this market, a typical search by an agent who goes to an extraordinary level to find a home for a client starts with calls, texts and emails as early as 7 a.m. every day of the week.
Time and again in today’s fast-paced real estate market, potential homebuyers in DFW are finding that it takes an agent who has a wide network to connect buyers and sellers.
In fact, getting a new home lined up for a client sometimes can take 50 to 60 calls and in-person conversations, according to an informal survey of the luxury real estate experts at Allie Beth Allman & Associates.
Since Labor Day, when the housing market usually slows but is still going strong, buyers and sellers have begun to balance out and the lack of inventory of homes for sale has eased slightly. But correctly priced and well-maintained homes still sell quickly, according to the Allman experts.
