The Shelton, Connecticut-based brokerage William Raveis has acquired Carson Realty, a family-owned real estate company serving the greater Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Lake Keowee areas of South Carolina since 2006.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This marks William Raveis’ first acquisition of this year following three company acquisitions last fall.
“We have highly successful agents joining our luxury network of more than 4,500 sales associates in 140 well-connected offices from Maine to Florida,” said Matt Lane, senior vice president and general manager for the Southern region at William Raveis. “The addition of Carson’s tight-knit local culture and service-focused sales associates strengthen our position locally as well as across the Southern region.”
