William Ryan Homes, a Chicago-based homebuilder, announced it is opening model homes in four of its Dallas-Fort Worth area communities.
West Crossing in Anna, Creekside in Royse City and Preserve at Pecan Creek in Denton are opening this week and Devonshire in Forney will open later this month. The combined communities total about 450 lots. Home prices range from the $330,000s to $650,000s, and the company said the four communities have homes for buyers to move into by year end.
“We are seeing a lot of demand for homes in our price range,” said Scott Dettmer, William Ryan Homes DFW division manager. “Although buyers are cautious right now, they are still actively looking to move and offsetting some of the interest rate changes by tapping into the equity they have in their existing homes for down payments. We build quality homes at a reasonable price that will save homeowners money monthly through our commitment to building Zero Energy Ready Homes.”
The company added that is offering $20,000 in flex cash to be used towards closing costs or design center selections for anyone buying a home during the community grand openings this month.
