About the Women of Excellence Awards

The WREnews Women of Excellence Awards were established to recognize the exceptional women whose leadership, professionalism, and dedication continue to shape the future of the real estate and housing industry.

How Honorees are Identified

Women of Excellence honorees may be identified through multiple pathways.

Data-Informed Research
WREnews researches industry accomplishments, professional achievements, leadership roles, production, awards, community involvement, and other indicators of excellence to identify outstanding candidates.

Industry & Peer Nominations
Candidates may also be nominated by colleagues, employers, professional organizations, clients, or through self-nomination when their accomplishments reflect the values and standards of the Women of Excellence Awards.

Regardless of how a candidate is identified, every nominee is evaluated through the same independent review process.
