The women’s fashion retailer Francesca’s has begun closing all store locations.

According to Women’s Wear Daily, the chain has more than 450 stores in 45 states, with 3,400 employed as associates. Francesca’s first opened in 1999 and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2020 when it had 700 stores.

A customer service representative said the company was “liquidating our inventory and closing soon,” while its website was advertising “last chance” warehouse clearance sales.
