Eleven women filed lawsuits against the Alexander Brothers, expanding the civil litigation charging the real estate family siblings with sexual assaults.

The Real Deal reports most of the lawsuits accused Oren and/or Tal Alexanders for assaults that allegedly occurred while they were luxury real estate brokers at Douglas Elliman, while one lawsuit names Alon Alexander when he was an executive at Kent Security, a family-owned companies. Most of the lawsuits claimed the brothers drugged the victims and coordinated their attacks, which reportedly took place between 2011 and 2018.

Nearly all the complaints were filed by Jane Does; Leah Peters identified herself in a lawsuit that claimed Oren raped her during a 2018 home tour at a party in 2018 and then forced her into a shower to begin “aggressively scrubbing her body.”

The lawsuits, which were filed under an extension of New York City’s Gender-Motivated Violence Act, raises the total number of civil complaints against the Alexanders to 17. The brothers also face federal criminal charges for sex trafficking, for which they pleaded not guilty.
