The San Jose Mercury News reports an affiliate of the San Francisco-based Carmel Partners acquired property all-cash deal, according to documents filed with the Santa Clara Court Recorder’s Office. San Mateo-based Essex Property Trust led the group that sold the property.
The property is known as Silver and opened in 2019. It offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments spanning 18 different floor plans. The complex’s amenities include a pool and spa, clubhouse, conference rooms and a business center, a fitness center, and a dog park.
