EasyKnock, a technology-enabled residential sale-leaseback platform, has acquired Onder, a property maintenance solution for homeowners.
According to the companies, Onder’s services will simplify the home maintenance process for EasyKnock marketplace customers by managing all maintenance, repairs and upgrade needs. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed and Onder’s CEO and co-founder David Krieger will be joining EasyKnock as chief product strategy officer..

The Onder transaction is EasyKnock’s second acquisition this year – in May, the company acquired the proptech Ribbon.
