D.R. Horton Begins Sales at New South Carolina Community

Homebuilder D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) is now selling homes in its newest community, Woodhaven in Chester, South Carolina.

Woodhaven offers ranch and two-story plans with living spaces ranging from 1,183 to 2,368 square feet, and available floorplans include three to five bedrooms and two to three baths.. Planned community amenities include a swimming pool and cabana, playground, and multiple pocket parks. Pricing for the properties currently start from the $290,000s.

The new home community will celebrate its Grand Opening on Jan. 18 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with lunch provided by Two Chicks and a Truck.
