Aivre, the Troy, Michigan-based real estate appraisal software company, announced it has completed the industry’s first Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 verification process with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for compliance with the new data standards.

According to the company, its artificial intelligence-driven platform is designed to streamline workflows, with the goal of reducing appraisal report completion times by up to 82% and decreasing revisions by 29%.The platform features property scanning, document translation, and neighborhood insights, along with coverage of multiple listing services and AI-powered image recognition.
