November home sales in Kansas totaled 2,560 units, a 9.6% decline from the 2,831 transactions recorded one year earlier. At the end of the month, there were 3,762 contracts still pending, up 7.8% from the 3,491 total set 12 months earlier.
According to data from Kansas Realtors, last month’s total sales volume was $871.9 million, down by 4.5% from the $912.6 million volume generated in November 2024. The median sale price in November was $277,000, up by 4.5% from the $265,000 price recorded in the prior year.
The total number of active listings in Kansas at the end of November was 7,833 units, up from 7,164 at the same point in 2024. This represents a 2.6 months’ supply of homes available for sale.
