The identities of two of the three skeletal remains found in a Connecticut home purchase in an “as is” foreclosure this month have been identified.

The Connecticut State Police identified the bodies of Sally Ann Cash, 54, and her son Brian Cash, 22. The third skeletal remains have not been identified. The cause of their deaths has not been determined, but the Connecticut Medical Examiner’s Office does not suspect foul play.

Sally Ann Cash and her husband, Paul Cash, bought the 2,800-square-foot residence in Burlington, Connecticut, for $535,000 in 2019. A foreclosure action was initiated against them in August 2025, but the couple did not appear during the proceedings.
