Bluegrass Realtors, which represents more than 4,000 realtors in 38 Kentucky counties, has hired Brendan Bailey to serve as CEO for both the association and Imagine MLS.
Bailey previously served for the last three years as CEO of Colorado’s Denver Metro Association of Realtors. Prior to that, he was CEO of the Realtor® Association of Pioneer Valley (RAPV) in Springfield, Massachusetts, and was chief operating officer at North Carolina’s Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. He has also been active within the National Association of Realtors, serving as the 2024 chairman of the organization’s Association Executives Institute Advisory Board.
“Brendan brings a combination of leadership experience, industry knowledge, and a genuine commitment to the realtor mission,” said Mike Inman, president of Bluegrass Realtors. “His vision and leadership style align extremely well with the direction of our Association and the needs of our members.
