Sotheby’s International Realty Acquires 2 Company Franchises

Sotheby’s International Realty Inc. has acquired two of its most prominent branded franchises, the South Florida-focused One Sotheby’s International Realty and TTR Sotheby’s International Realty serving the Washington, DC metro area.

Both franchises will retain their current leadership teams. The 1,375-agent One Sotheby’s recorded $6.85 billion in sales last year while the 548 agents at TTR Sotheby’s closed $5.71 billion in sales.

The financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

“This is a strategic investment in the strength of Sotheby’s International Realty and in the visionaries who represent our brand,” said Sotheby’s International President and CEO Philip White. “One Sotheby’s International Realty has built a high-performing businesses grounded in strong leadership, deep market expertise and an unwavering commitment to their clients.”
