Reality TV star Bethenny Frankel has sold her historic Connecticut estate in an off-market $7.83 million transaction.

Architectural Digest reports Frankel acquired the three-acre property in the swanky New York City suburb of Greenwich in 2021 for $4.25 million. The estate, known as Applejack Farm, was originally built in 1743 and was once the home for Connecticut’s governor Lowell Weicker.

The estate’s residence spans 6,500 square feet and includes five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, while an adjacent guest cottage has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The property also features a three-bay garage, a standalone studio and a “party barn.”

Frankel, who came to prominence on “The Real Housewives of New York City” and later founded the Skinnygirl lifestyle brand, recently announced she was leaving the Northeast to settle in Florida. The buyer of her Connecticut was not publicly identified.
