City Ventures, the California-focused builder of solar-powered, ecologically efficient homes, will host the official grand opening of Parkview in Livermore on July 11 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

According to the company, each townhome in the community is equipped with a full suite of energy-efficient and smart-home features, including all-electric construction, owned solar panels, Nest thermostats, Ring doorbells, keyless entry, and high-efficiency appliances. Parkview’s two floor plans range from approximately 1,430 to 1,770 square feet, offering three to four bedrooms, three to four baths, and attached two-car garages.

“Starting from $799,990, Parkview truly brings something special to Livermore—solar-powered, energy-efficient homes at a price point rarely seen for new construction in the Bay Area,” said Natasha Zabaneh, president of City Ventures. “We’re excited to welcome new homeowners to our first community in Livermore where they can enjoy modern living while being connected to Livermore’s vibrant downtown, parks, trails, wineries, and the unique quality of life that makes this city so special.”
