Fathom Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: FTHM), a technology-driven real estate services platform, announced that its subsidiary Fathom Realty has promoted DeJane Kerr from vice president of compliance to senior vice president of operations.
In her new role, Kerr will continue to oversee agent support, compliance, onboarding, training, and the implementation of Fathom’s technology. Kerr joined the Cary, North Carolina-based Fathom Realty in 2010 as a licensed broker and became a district director in 2013 and national training director in 2017. She became vice president of brokerage operations in 2020.
“DeJane has been an integral part of Fathom for over a decade and has played a pivotal role at all organizational levels,” said Fathom CEO Marco Fregenal. “As we work toward our agent growth goals, her experience and leadership will be vital to our continued success.”
