San Diego-headquartered Guild Mortgage (NYSE: GHLD), added a new district consisting of eight branch offices and 40 employees who were formerly with Fairway Independent Mortgage.
John Lowe, formerly senior vice president and division manager at Fairway, has been named district manager of the new district; he will report to Guild Regional Vice President Mike Ferreira. The new branches are based in Auburn, Corvallis, Folsom, Gardnerville, Riverside, Santa Rosa, Vacaville and Yuba City – with this addition, Guild now has roughly 4,000 employees and 300 branches serving customers in 49 states.
