The median sales price for a single-family home in Wichita County during October was $183,009. That’s an increase of 13.2% compared with October 2020, according to a USA TODAY Network localized analysis generated with data from Realtor.com.
The number of houses sold fell by 9.2% from a year earlier. A total of 149 houses were sold countywide during the month of October. During the same period a year earlier, 164 single-family homes were sold.
