Summary

Inside Real Estate is integrating Cotality property intelligence and predictive signals into Streams, its AI platform for real estate agents, teams and brokerages.

Inside Real Estate is integrating Cotality property intelligence into its Streams artificial-intelligence platform, combining property, ownership and predictive data with agent workflows designed to identify potential buyers and sellers.

The companies announced the strategic alliance Tuesday. The integration includes buyer and seller propensity scores, home-value estimates, equity and mortgage indicators, ownership and transfer history, investor and absentee-owner signals and local price, rent and appreciation trends.

The data is being incorporated into Streams Studio, where teams can build workflows around specific outcomes such as generating listings or converting leads. Inside Real Estate says a saved-home action, for example, can be paired with Cotality information about value, equity and ownership duration before an agent contacts the lead.

“Agents do not wake up wanting more data,” Inside Real Estate CEO Joe Skousen said. “They want more listings, stronger conversations, and a faster path from opportunity to action.”

Property data moves deeper into agent AI workflows

The partnership reflects a broader shift in real estate technology from standalone data dashboards toward systems that use property information to trigger or prioritize actions inside CRM and marketing workflows.

Cotality President of Enterprise Digital Solutions Devi Mateti said more than one million agents rely on the company’s data. Inside Real Estate says its software serves nearly 400,000 agents, teams and brokerages.

Cotality data is available initially to select teams and brokerages building on Streams Studio, with broader access expected over the coming months. The companies did not disclose financial terms.

The rollout also creates a practical test for the industry’s expanding use of predictive AI: whether richer property and ownership signals materially improve conversion rates and agent productivity rather than simply adding another layer of alerts.
