An estate in New York’s Westchester County that was once owned by Johnny Carson has been listed for sale at $5.3 million.

According to a Mansion Global report, the property’s residence was built as a stone barn for an apple orchard in the 1860s and was converted into a single-family home in 1928. Today, the 9.923-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, seven fireplaces and an ice cream bar. The 1.94-acre estate features a pickleball court, pool, outdoor spa, gazebo and electric vehicle charging stations.

Carson acquired the home in 1959 when he was the host of the daytime game show “Who Do You Trust?” on ABC. He sold the property one year later to children’s book illustrator Fritz Siebel, who was best known for the “Amelia Bedelia” series. The current owners, Seavest Investment Group founder Rick Segal, bought the home from Siebel and lived there with his family for more than 40 years.
