Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. has produced a three-part documentary series about its mortgage originators.
“L.O. Confidential: A Season on the Street” follows three Fairway teams in Arizona, Indiana and Texas over several months. The episodes detail how the loan officers work with their clients to achieve homeownership, with extra insight regarding their personal lives.
The series is directed by Kirby Bradley, who has produced and directed award-winning television shows and documentaries for HBO, CNN and ESPN.
“Fairway CEO Steve Jacobson and I were classmates in small town Wisconsin,” said Bradley. “We were friends in school, played sports together, and we kept in touch a bit over the years. But we then reunited more closely after the death of a mutual friend named Randy Cross who was the person who came up with the name ‘Fairway’.”
