One Webb Ave is LEED Silver certified. Its location provides access to I-287, I-95 and the Hutchinson River Parkway, while a resident shuttle connects the property to the Rye Metro-North station.
The development was designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners. NRP Group is serving as developer, builder and manager, with RPW Group as its development partner.
The opening adds 200 units to a high-cost suburban market where proximity to New York City and constrained development opportunities continue to shape housing demand.
