The Real Brokerage unveiled Leo Pro, an expanded artificial intelligence platform, and Referral Central, a system for agent-to-agent referrals, at its RISE conference in Las Vegas on October 20.
Leo Pro brings together more than three dozen specialized AI agents to help real estate professionals prepare listing presentations, create marketing materials, work with customer relationship management data and manage transaction tasks. The company said agents can use a no-code builder to customize AI tools and voice controls to direct tasks.
Referral Central, integrated into Real’s reZEN operating platform, is designed to match clients with agents based on service areas and production information. Participating agents can send referral agreements and track referrals within the system.
The company is also expanding HeyLeo, its consumer-facing home-search offering, with messaging features intended to connect prospective buyers with agents.
Availability matters: The newly introduced tools are initially available to Real Brokerage agents, not automatically to every agent affiliated with the broader Real REMAX Group. The company has not demonstrated independently verified productivity or sales improvements from the launch.
The announcement underscores growing competition among national brokerages to integrate AI directly into agent workflows, but the practical effect will depend on adoption, oversight, cost and results.
