DOSS, a Houston-headquartered real estate brokerage, has launched its franchise accelerator with a special promotion.
According to the company, the $15,000 franchise fee will be waived for the first 20 franchises that are awarded. Qualified applicants will only be required to pay a $2,500 administrative fee to cover setup costs and training.
DOSS, which promotes itself as offering an “AI-driven ‘flat fee brokerage model,” This franchise accelerator opportunity is available to qualified candidates in 28 states and the District of Columbia. All applications must be received May 10, and the 20 discounted franchises will be awarded on May 20.
