ROA (Realty of America), a new national residential real estate brokerage, has announced its official launch.
The new Chicago-headquartered company launches in 23 markets with more than 2,000 agents, and it promotes itself as offering a “unique agent-first model [that] allows real estate professionals to thrive in an environment that promotes growth, collaboration, and inclusivity.”
The company’s founders are real estate industry veterans – CEO Eddie Garcia (formerly of Realty of Chicago) and President Mark Dimas (formerly of Mark Dimas Properties), along with the couple Erinn and Peter Nobel, who were previously at eXp Realty and Real Brokerage and will serve as chief culture officer and chief operating officer, respectively.
“The strength of ROA lies in our belief that when we uplift our agents, we uplift the communities they serve,” said Garcia. “We’re not just in the business of selling homes; we’re in the business of building long-term relationships and helping agents create lasting legacies in their neighborhoods, knowing that their success is our success.”
