Douglas Elliman Realty, the luxury real estate brokerage division of Douglas Elliman Inc. (NYSE: DOUG), announced the San Diego-based Jackson Arnett Group has joined the firm.
Previously affiliated with Compass (NYSE: COMP), Jackson Arnett Group focuses on California’s Rancho Santa Fe and North County Coastal San Diego markets. The team recorded over $160 million in closed sales volume in 2025.
The company announced the team will be based out of Douglas Elliman’s Del Mar office, led by Dan Tomasi, the executive manager of sales for San Diego.
