The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX) has expanded its presence across Canada with the addition of Creativ Realty, an independent brokerage led by Martin Gallant.
Moncton-headquartered Creativ Realty operates across southeast New Brunswick and gained prominence as a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network. Its 42 agents serve buyers and sellers across all price points, and the brokerage generated more than $300 million in sales volume in 2025.
“As we evaluated the future of our business and how best to support our agents long term, we felt we found our people with Real,” said Gallant, who will become Real’s managing broker for the province. “The culture aligned naturally with what we’ve built at Creativ and the technology platform, education and fee structure made the decision even more compelling. We’re excited to bring that to New Brunswick, and there is already strong interest from agents throughout the province who are looking to join us.”
This is Real’s sixth Canadian province. The Miami-headquartered company also operates in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Saskatchewan.
