Title Resources Group appointed a new executive vice president on October 19 to lead customer experience. The executive previously held senior roles in mortgage and financial services.
Title Resources Group has appointed Robert Greenbaum executive vice president, placing a mortgage-industry marketing veteran in charge of customer experience at the Irving, Texas-based title underwriter.
The company announced the appointment October 19. Greenbaum most recently served as chief marketing officer of AAFMAA Mortgage Services. Earlier positions included work at Fannie Mae, Mr. Cooper, Folio Investing and NationsCredit. TRG said he will oversee efforts to improve customer relationships and the experience of agents and other clients.
Chief Executive Kevin Wall cited Greenbaum’s experience across sales, marketing, technology and customer research. The announcement did not disclose compensation, an operational restructuring or a new product launch. It also offered no numerical targets for agency growth, retention or processing performance.
Title underwriting is closely tied to the volume of residential transactions, leaving companies exposed when high mortgage rates suppress purchase and refinance activity. In that environment, underwriters are competing to retain agents and affiliated distribution relationships while investing in technology that can simplify policy issuance and communication.
TRG operates through independent title agents and affiliated partners. Its announcement identifies relationships with Anywhere Real Estate, HomeServices of America, Lennar and Opendoor. Those connections give the customer-experience role relevance beyond a conventional marketing appointment: title agents and large real estate partners depend on predictable underwriting support, responsiveness and reliable transaction workflows.
Greenbaum’s prior experience at mortgage servicers and financial institutions could inform that work, but the company has not described any specific changes to agent systems or service standards. A leadership appointment alone does not establish improved turnaround times or lower settlement costs.
The company said Greenbaum has more than 30 years of experience and earned a degree in applied economics and business management from Cornell University. His appointment is effective as announced; no separate regulatory approval or pending transaction was identified in the release.
For title agencies, the meaningful follow-up will be whether TRG introduces measurable service changes, expands integrations or adjusts its agent-support programs. Until those decisions are announced, the verified development is the appointment and its assigned responsibilities.
