The gaming and hospitality company Golden Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: GDEN) is giving away a newly-built $300,000 house as part of a sweepstakes contest.
The company’s Aquarius Casino Resort and Edgewater Casino Resort in Laughlin, Nevada, are hosting the $300,000 House & $60,000 Cash Giveaway, with the grand prize being a new 1,619-square-foot single-family home in the Montano Ridge community in Bullhead City, Arizona. The home will be built by Century Complete, a division of Century Communities (NYSE: CCS).
Weekly drawings will be held Saturdays from March 14 through April 11 at Aquarius and Edgewater, with 10 winners selected at each property each week. Each weekly winner receives $500 in cash and a house-shaped certificate guaranteeing entry into the grand prize drawing. On April 18, an additional 10 last-chance winners at each property will be selected before the grand finale drawing that evening at Aquarius. All 120 certificate holders will compete for the grand prize. The winner has the option of choosing the new home or taking a $210,000 cash alternative.
