Forewarn LLC, a provider of real-time information solutions for real estate agents, announced a partnership with Las Vegas Realtors that will enable its services to be offered for free to the organization’s roughly 16,000 members.
Forewarn’s services are available both online and through a mobile application. According to the company, it can analyze billions of data points and provides users with the ability to mitigate risks by verifying identity, searching for criminal histories, and validating information provided by potential clients using a phone number.

By making Forewarn available to our members, we are helping them reduce uncertainty, mitigate potential threats, and focus on serving their clients with greater peace of mind.”
Forewarn is a subsidiary of the technology provider Red Violet Company (NASDAQ:RDVT).
