Brennan Investment Group, a private real estate investment firm focused on industrial properties, is expanding into the Phoenix with the appointment of Matt Field as senior vice president.
Field brings approximately 15 years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong background in industrial acquisitions, investment strategy and capital markets. He most recently served at Bridge Investment Group as vice president and investment officer for the West Region, overseeing investment activity across the West, Southwest and Mountain West.
Prior to joining Brennan, Field held investment and leadership roles with Bridge Investment Group, Ryan Companies, and Douglas Emmett. Throughout his career, he consummated over $7 billion of real estate transactions and financings across industrial and other institutional real estate asset classes.
