Howard Hanna Real Estate Services announced October 28 that it is entering Alabama through a partnership with ARC Realty and Capstone Realty. The agreement brings 875 agents across 12 offices in Birmingham, Montgomery and Huntsville into Howard Hanna’s network. According to the company’s announcement, the Alabama businesses collectively completed approximately 6,000 transactions representing $2.8 billion in sales volume in 2025. The local brands and leadership will remain in place while agents gain access to national referral resources, technology and mortgage, title and insurance services. ARC and Capstone previously joined forces in 2022, establishing a major regional brokerage operation. The expansion highlights continued consolidation in residential brokerage as larger firms seek established local market positions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The announcement describes a partnership, and WRE News is not treating it as proof of a completed acquisition.
