The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is reportedly investigating accusations of rape and sexual assault made against three brothers of a prominent real estate family.

The Wall Street Journal, citing information from unnamed “people familiar with the matter and a document viewed” by the newspaper, is reporting that FBI agents and government are probing allegations made against Alon, Oren and Tal Alexander in civil lawsuits filed earlier this year by different women. The Journal’s coverage claims the ongoing investigations involve alleged sexual assaults by the three brothers going back to their high school years and in the following two decades. The investigators are reportedly seeking potential witnesses and other alleged victims.

The brothers have denied the allegations, while their attorneys said they were unaware of any ongoing FBI probes.

The brothers are the sons of a prominent Miami developer Shlomy Alexander. Tal and Oren Alexander made real estate history in 2019 when they brokered the sale of a $240 million New York apartment to hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin, which broke the record as the most expensive U.S. home ever transacted. Oren and Tal stepped down from their executive positions at Official, the luxury real estate company they co-founded in 2022 after working for a decade at Douglas Elliman; Alon is an executive at Kent Security, the family’s private security firm.
