Actress Tori Spelling’s off-screen life has not been lacking in drama, but this past week she received grief from where she least expected it – a realtor.
The New York Post reported that the “Beverly Hills 90210” star has reached out to a California realtor named Robert Vinson for a temporary rental because of a mold issue in her residence that required her family to relocated. However, Vinison texted her, “The latest bizarre inquiry.”
Spelling, who didn’t understand the message, responded, “I’m sorry? I’m assuming that wasn’t meant for me.”
Vinson obviously did not know which person he was texting and answered, “It is more for Karen. Tori Spelling has been asking for a 1 month rental. If you follow her situation on TMZ it is all amusing.”
Spelling responded to Vinson, “This is Tori Spelling. Wow! Human empathy and kindness prevails. Kids in crisis is amusing.”
Spelling shared the texts on her Instagram stories page and wrote, “And, this human is a father! I guess I hold out too much hope that people lead by kindness. Shame on you Robert Vinson @vinsongroup real estate! My 5 kids are going through Mold poisoning and we need a home and this is how you treat people? Mocking their situation?”
When contacted by the Post, Vinson did not apologize for rudeness and claimed, “Celebrity impersonation is rabid in Hollywood. As a real estate broker, I have a fiduciary responsibility to be certain of the identity of the person we are dealing with.”

If Mr. Vinson had been doing his fiduciary duties he would have checked his information before making such a comment! His follow up reasons only added insult to injury.
Mr, Vinson, would be reorinaded as a Texas Broker for his actions, even having license revoked.
